Create Account Button instead of Sign-up form

With FEC I've fiddled with options, but can't get my desired look. On the login page, I want it to show a "create account" button, not the whole form. With FEC installed it looks like the create_account page redirects back to login

Any way it could be done easily? I am not too familiar with the FEC settings, some of them don't seem to do anything when I change them.
