Attributes don't display in Atribute Controller

I am using Zencart 1.3.7. The page I'm having trouble with can be found at http://www.tabithastreas.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=336&zenid=e7e1dfaa8ccf39ad0db69e809bde168d. I had to set up 32 values under my attributes to create this product, and there might be more if I am able to purchase more lace styles. The screen only displays 30 values. The web page displays all 32. There does not seem to be a "Next" button to display the other values. I forgot to set up a picture on one of the two that does not display, and I don't know how to update it with a picture swatch, since the option value isn't shown. I would delete it and re-add it, but I can't see it to delete it.

Help!

In a similar vein, it would be great if I could set up the picture swatches when I set up the option values. Don't see how to do this. Is there a patch for this?
