aditional images not showing

cant seem to get additional images for my products. I have 1.3.9d installed and IH2 installed but when i add another image through IH2 interface for the product.. the image is shown in admin but on the product info display page there is not image shown.

Do you have them enabled in Admin - Catalog - Product Types - Edit Layout ?

If so, you may not have named them properly.

yep i checked that already.

also checked my tpl file and the code is there... also added some text before and after the code and both line appeared so the location was correct etc

How about a URL?

i have also just noticed since upgrading from 1.3.9c to 1.3.9d that the I button on the admin items listing has gone!! so now i cant even add the images from the admin section direct from the item... i have to go into the image hander option in tools

have tried the unistall and reinstall but no joy... going to remove all files from IH and start again and see what happens

reinstalled IH again and re uploaded all files.

the I in the item listing has returned and i can now add additional images fast again.. however these still dont display on the items.

right well... i now have a new error... i tryed on a different item and this time the addional image is shown... how ever this image is not just applied to this item its applied all all simular items as well!! it all the items in the catogory.

i thouht this is why you use IH2 to rename the images... but still the main image and the additial image are named totally different. ie screen1.jpg and screen1additional1.jpg
