Creating a new page

I'm trying to create a new page and I've been following this tutorial. This is the new page that is made and it's blank even though I have html and images in the tpl_doy091_default.php file. Any ideas?

Get the 3rd party module for about us or for more information additional pages
Review Each for the methodology and files created/edited to create a new page
