HOW TO Add a button on the Admin>Customer> Orders?

I'd like to add a button on the admin part near the invoice button.
HOW Can I do this ?
The purpose is to get the content of Orders.

The other solution should to have once the customer has complete his order to have a second mail sent to the admin, and list some order content.

Is there some contribution to have this ?
