Questions about Product info page

Is there a mod to add a page before product info page based on category.

Ex - person clicks on business cards and goes to a page that says "use the catalog templates or use our design studio" if they click the catalog link it goes to the normal product info page.

Next question
How can I have a product info page based on product. example - business cards product info page has our flash design studio and rubber stamps just is the normal product info page.

nevermind about the second question, I just placed the flash design code in the HTML code section of html editor.

Still would like to know about adding page before product info page and that page only show before some categories.

I believe that adding an extra page in before the product_info page is not possible without extra coding. You might be able to create something similar by adding extra subcategories. Each sub-category can have the text you require.

For the different page layouts the best way of doing it is with product types - for which there are tutorials , wiki entries and lots of details on the forum.

I don't mind coding it myself, but I would rather not reinvent the wheel so to speak. If someone already did it or something similar and I can build off it I would prefer that then building from scratch. I am already past deadline.

In that case I would go the sub-categories route.

One sub-category for catalogue and one sub-category for design studio.

On the actual sub-category page you can explain the choice.
