Help! Order is not showing in Admin

Help!

A customer has placed an order but it does not show up in the "Orders" tab in Admin. It shows up under "New Customer" section. The problem is I don't know what the customer has ordered, and I cannot print out an invoice because it does not show that option.

I appreciate any help someone out there can provide me.

Could you test to see if you can find the Order by doing a search on the orders_id for that order?

Could you check the Modules ... Order Totals ... and see if Total ot_total is installed?

The Total ot_total has been installed already. Where do I search to find the orders_id?

In the Customer ... Orders ... in the right hand top you will see a place to search by orders_id ...

It says that order not found. What are other ways I can troubleshoot? It shows up under new customer but I still can't see what was ordered.

Go to phpMyAdmin and browse your orders table ... do you see the orders_id in there?

Browse the orders_total table ... do you see the orders_id in there? If so, what do you see for the class on the rows for the order?

I am having the same problem. Non of the orders are showing up when using paypal...and all of the tables in the db are empty...

I need help also. Had this problem for months tried a couple of times to send an order. Pay pal processed order but I have no idea what order is, not showing up anywhere in admin only knew I had an order because I placed it as a test. Have tried everything I've seen on help site can't seem to fix this. Help! Jane
