need to move 1.3.8a website to different server

Hi All!
is it possible to move website to new server without installing clean zen cart on new server?
i have 1.3.8a website and i want to stick with this version for now.
can i simply move all files and create database using same user name and password on the new server like it was on the old server?

i guess i do not take into account something important, please help.
fantastico on the new server only has 1.3.9 version and hosting company are not ready to install 1.3.8a version, i also could not find were to download clean install 1.3.8a version

I'm not sure why you don't want to upgrade to 1.3.9d, but you can get older versions here:

1.3.9d does not offer offline c/c processing.

There's a mod from Ceon for 1.3.9d that will add that insecure method of collecting payment information.

I would still suggest that you upgrade.
