1 shop, multiple PayPal accounts?

Is it possible to have multiple paypal accounts in one shop? Like have certain products that the payment go to a different paypal account?
All the items in my shop are made by me but I want to put friends products and want to make it so when people buy it the payment go straight to their paypal account instead of mine.

No, you can't do that in Zencart.

OK, what about if when people click on the item it takes them to another URL? When adding a new products it gives an option to add another URL but I cant see the URL on the product page...

The URL field in the product set up page is meant to link to the manufacturer's home or product page. Usually, that link will appear on the product info page at the bottom - it will say: For more information, please visit this product's webpage. I suppose you could link to another ecommerce site's product page, but I don't know why you'd want to.

In any event, you can't use your Zencart's checkout for someone else's products.
