No admin after upgrade
Hi, I've just upgraded from 138a to 139d, Everything seemed to go fine. My website is up in my testing environment all be it with a notice stating !NOTICE: The website is currently Down For Maintenance to the public" However when I try and go to admin all I get is the page "Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart™.

The only other things I have done sine the upgrade was to modify my configure.php files with the correct paths, set them to read only and rename my admin folder!
Can anyone help as to why its asking me to run the zc_install/index.php as opsoed to displaying the admin login screen?
