Blank page for new customers...

I'm sort of new to Zen Cart, but I'm getting the hang of it. This site requires that new customers apply for an account, the main reason for this is that it's a wholesale site, and my customer does not want just anyone to see the prices.

As I've tried to update the auto responder email generated (We wish to welcome you to); I think I did something odd with the code... now when a new customer clicks on the submit button (for a new account) they get a blank page, and the only way to get the page that says "Customer Authorization Pending ..." it to press refresh, which is not the best way to get new customers.

This is the code that I played in, can anyone tell me where I got the code wrong?

Any help on this would be great, as I'm starting to pull my hair out. Yes, I know I should of made a back-up of the file. Also, I made the mistake of changing the original file that is found in: includes/languages/english/create_account.php
