Migrating to new template.

I am migrating my site to a new template. I am able to get most things working except for my more information box. When I click on one of the selection, I will get the appropriate page but the navbar title shows up as "NAVBAR_TITLE" and the page heading shows up as "HEADING_TITLE". I know I have missed something but not sure what. any suggestions?

Using version 1.3.8a although I have loaded up the latest files for 1.3.9d

Search in Tools > Developers Toolkit for NAVBAR_TITLE. It should be defined in a default language file, as well as in template-specific versions of the file. If you do not find the default define file, or a copy in your template folder, you will need to replace it from a fresh set of files.
