IE 8 - Customer Can't View Images

Hello I've been searching for an answer for a day now and can't find anything related so apologies if this is a repeated question.

I have a customer who is unable to view images, on my site. He is using IE 8, has flushed the browser cache, cleared history etc, system restore, performed all the recommended settings he can find to try and clear the problem. It's not just happening on his main PC but his laptop as well. This has been happening for about a week.

I can't replicate the situation and can't find anyone else who has this problem although it could be they've just not told me.

The site is https://www.moonstagdesigns.co.uk

Version 1.3.8a

Add ons have all been on there for a long time and no previous problems of this nature reported.

I've just been putting the finishing touches to the upgrade to be performed soon, would this clear the problem or is it just not a zen cart thing at all?

Thanks for your time and attention.

Re: IE 8 - Customer Can't View Images

Running IE8, I can view the images from your front page (they open in a new window) ... but the Slimbox function isn't working. The images are a little washed out, too.

Thanks. I've disabled the Fual Slimbox to see if that helps him

Re: IE 8 - Customer Can't View Images

Thanks, I've got it down to 3 errors but not really understanding much about these things, I'm not a programmer :) I'll have to spend some time searching for the answers to the rest. Seems a bit pointless when everything will change shortly anyway.

However turning off the lightbox worked for my customer.

Thank you both for your help.

Baa:

Thanks, I've got it down to 3 errors but not really understanding much about these things...

Error 1:

Your JS is neither in the head nor the body. Move this chunk of JS either above the </head> or below the <body> tag.

<script type="text/javascript">
var gaJsHost = (("https:" == document.location.protocol) ? "https://ssl." : "http://www.");
document.write(unescape("%3Cscript src='" + gaJsHost + "google-analytics.com/ga.js' type='text/javascript'%3E%3C/script%3E"));
</script>
<script type="text/javascript">
var pageTracker = _gat._getTracker("UA-6501324-1");
pageTracker._initData();
pageTracker._trackPageview();
</script>

Error 2 and 3:

Once you fix error 1 above, it should also fix these other two errors!
