Help! When Free shipping (over $85) - can't check out!

Hi there. I'm farily new to Zen-cart but really like it!

Please help me with this problem.

I only have bean-stream payment proceesing selected in the payment processing window. and I can process transactions completely ok when the orders are small. shipping charges add in and I can get to "step 2-3" payment processing... the problem happens after the total get over $85, I cant get past "select shipping method - step 1 of 3"

ie: if I have shopping cart under the $85 free shipping (set up under modules>total), I can select "shipping method: table rate: best way" and continue to step 2.

If the total is above $85, it says "shipping method: free shipping: free shipping for orders over $85" but I can not click to go to step 2.

It looks like I would have to "select" free shipping, but there is no radio dot beside it, and the page just reloads?!?

Did I explain it ok?

Have you enabled FREE SHIPPING in the shipping modules?

If you want Free Shipping for >= 85 use:
total >=85
total <= "blank"

everything is blank except the
total >= 85.00

Next, if you use 1 Sort Order on your shipping modules ... you need to use a unique Sort Order for ALL installed shipping modules ...

ok, changed it to >= 85.00 and everything else blank. as well sort order to 0.

Still same result. ... can't get past continue checkout... still no radio "dot" to put in beside free shipping... or something... I'm not sure if thats the problem...

where else can I check for settings to change?

Not really enough to tell from the shipping page images as those look correct based on a Table Rate or Free Shipping ...

Any chance of actually an URL to the site to see what might be going on here? :unsure:

If in v1.3.9, peek in your /cache directory via FTP and see if you have debug logs ...

If not in v1.3.9, download from our Free Software Add Ons the Debug Tool and see if that shows any issues ...

Fix your stylesheet.css you are missing:

.hiddenField {
display: none;
}
.visibleField {
display: inline;
}

If thiis is an upgrade, I would go through your Modules ... Payment ... and Modules ... Shipping ... and save the settings then do a REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure ...

I would also look at upgrading to v1.3.9d ...

1. I'm editing the stylesheet.css directly, not through thw zencart admin right? is there somewhere specific it goes or just in the list?

2. "If this is an upgrade" - no, it was a fresh install... I would go through your Modules ... Payment ... and Modules ... Shipping ... and save the settings then do a REMOVE, INSTALL and re-configure ... I'm going to upgrade to the "d" version, do I still need to do this?

The stylesheet.css just gets edited in a TEXT editor and that can go anywhere in it ...

If you look at the original stylesheet.css you will see where it goes ...

You have nothing to lose to do the REMOVE, INSTALL and configuration, providing you save the settings first as they will be removed when you hit REMOVE ...
