getting 2 credit card forms on check out?

1st one works for off line cc, that is fine.

The 2nd credit card form needs to be removed, can't find how to do this.

This suggests that you have at least two payment modules active that are capable of collecting credit card information for processing.

It's most common when people activate both Paypal Pro and an off-line credit card module.

Click "Remove" on the module you wish to remove.

For some reason you've got TWO PayPal modules enabled.
Go to Admin->Modules->Payment, click on PayPal Website Payments Standard, and click the REMOVE button.
Express Checkout is the recommended module, and when using that you DO NOT need Standard as well.

Additionally, you're using an old version of Zen Cart. It's strongly recommended that you upgrade to the latest version before you go too far into building your site, just because the upgrade process is simpler if you've done less customizing or have fewer addons installed.

if I update to will this make me start all over?

I mean, will I lose my products, categories, etc? The install notepad does not address this.

If you follow the published upgrade instructions then it will retain all your data, and bring it up to date with the software too.

And, of course, always do backups before you make any changes, big or small. That way you can recover if something goes bad.
