how to get MAP Pricing mod to work on currect version?

Hey

I really like this mod: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=158

however it doesn't' work with the current zen cart version.

Any ideas how to update it?

Hmm.Don't know the mod. But having a quick look it is pretty basic. What isn't working? Prices in the shop or the admin bits?

in the shop the actual price still shows instead of the saying "add to cart to see price.

I assume the price variable in the new version doesn't support text or something.

Well, looking at the code I can't see that that would be the case. The change that this mod makes in functions_prices.php is minor and straightforward.

Can you confirm that the admin part is working fine. can you see the MAP fields on the products?

Next check the active version of this file ( the one that is actually on the server)

includes/functions?functions_prices.php

somewhere at about line 285 you should find the section that is obviously to do with this mod. If not then there's your problem. Re-install the mod.

If not then the next step might be to look at the database and check that the information is being stored correctly.
