stop showing quantity in-stock?

i use a dropshipper and don't want the "X units in stock" to appear on the item pages. is there a way to do that from the Admin board? thanks! :lookaroun

Admin->Catalog->Product Types->General->Edit Layout->Show Product Quantity ... set to 0
