Cannot log in to Admin

installed Zencart on a justhost website a month ago. I am not a programmer. I understood that to get into zencart admin i just need to type mydomain.com/zencart/admin

I get a 404 error - page not found. What am i doing wrong?

One of the security recommendations for Zen Cart is that the admin folder be renamed. Might you have done that?

Alternatively, are you sure that you installed it a subfolder called zencart and not somewhere else?

Didn't get around to renaming the admin folder yet. I was able to get into admin when I first installed Zencart but didn't get a chance to try again until today. The only folder I can find is one called fantasticodata/zen_cart with a file in it called hopefulhounds/store.

Sorry I am so computer illiterate about this. Should I just try to reinstall Zencart? Would that hurt anything?

have you tried mydomain.com/store/admin where mydomain.com is your domain name?

I just tried that and got a log-in page but it would not accept my log in or password OR email address.
