Shipping Estimator: nothing happens! Why?

Need help on troubleshooting why nothing happens when Shipping Estimator is clicked from visitor's shopping cart. Thanks.

You will need to provide a lot more information than ... nothing happens ...

For starters, it would be of help if you could click the REPLY and then answer the questions posted ...

When you say nothing happens ... what does that mean? No shipping shows? You only see a white screen? Or something else?

What shipping module(s) do you have installed?

What happens if you try to checkout? What do you see on the checkout_shipping screen?
