removing registration

I have been looking through the modules and previous posts in this forum and havn't come across a person that
a) asks exactly or close to what i need
b) an answer for anything remotly close.

my client want to remove registered user from the cart.

That is to have a "visitors cart" only.

so after checkout the shopper has no ability / requirement to login...

they can checkout without it.

Is there is a module or a setting to turn this on / off ?

or is this update required at a coding level?

If your customers don't have an account with you, how will you ship them the merchandise? How can they track their orders?

Also, the Fast and Easy Checkout mod has a 'COWOA only' option.
