tpl_ezpages_bar_header.php not visible in IE 7.0

I have struggled with this problem for a while now and I'm completely stuck thus hoping someone could point me in the right direction :mellow:

I'm using Latest 1.3.9d version of Zen-Cart.

Everything looks great in all other browsers as far as I can see, so it seems that IE 7.0 is the only issue.

I also have problems getting rid of the white space in the header this also just in IE 7.0

And finally the bottom image is screwing up the view in IE 7.0 but no other browser of importance.

I think this is the Code in question (for the bottom image problem in IE 7.0) located in tpl_main_page.php, but I can't locate the problem and solve it:

Your site looks exactly the same here in IE6, 7 and 8, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
