How to redirect my links (Simple SEO url)

Hi There,

I am using "simple seo url". Now I want to redirect all the links already listed on google to new one. How do I do this. I mean I would like to know how to write a rediect rule.

Old url:http://www.sportslabstores.com.au/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=3919&zenid=v6i613cc65heqro4fd9nn5u6k2

New One: http://www.sportslabstores.com.au/sports/male-c-3919
