Does size matter? Box Size, that is. For FedEx?

I don't see a place to indicate the dimensions of the box size, just the weight. Do FedEx rates vary depending on box size? If so, how do I account for this?

Far as I know, FedEx and UPs don't charge according to dimensions, just weight. They do have maximum dimesion limits, though.

Size of the box does matter. We ship UPS, for ground shipments if your box is over 5184 cubic size (LXWXH) then UPS will start charging by size rather than weight.

It's a bit tricky but if you are not sending out huge boxes, over sized ones then you should be ok to just use weight rates.

As I said, the dimensions only matter when they exceed UPS's maximum.
