I renamed free shipping, but now it won't work

i wanted to make courier so i change the file name of freeshipping options to courier.

i change both the one in languages and moducles shipping.

however when i go to shipping zencart says ti cannot detect the freeshipping option, how can i make it so that it will read the rename file???

i have to add 2 courier sections because of whiles.

Not exactly what you renamed, but if you renamed the actual filenames, then you also have to edit the includes/modules/shipping/ file as well. If you only edited the file contents, then the name of the file must match what you changed the class and function to.

for example, if you renamed freeshipper.php to courier.php

inside courier.php you will have

class freeshipper {
var $code, $title, $description, $icon, $enabled;

change this to:

class courier {
var $code, $title, $description, $icon, $enabled;

next is

function freeshipper () {

change to

function courier () {

and so on.

If you edited the file like I am showing above, then you must also rename the files to courier.php

I don't think you can have different carrier names or definitions in one file.

If you ant different free shipping options, copy the files and change the names accordingly.
