After install can't log in to Admin

I have successfully installed Zencart and things appear to be fine. However, I can not log into Admin. I keep getting the error page: even after updating configure.php and removing zc_install. I have used both 644 and 666 for configure settings. As far as I can tell I'm running the latest version of ZC.

I was once able to log in to Admin and managed to make one change to a page... Now I'm unable to log in at all.

Any help would be nice. Thanks.

remember that there are two configure.php files. Did you rename the admin and not rename it in NEW_ADMIN/includes/configure.php
