Making Banner Link to Home

I'm sure this is a common question, but can't find the answer on here.. possibly not using the right search terms, but not getting anywhere.

Question is, how do I make it so the main header banner on every page linkg back to the homepage?

It's difficult to address the thousands of possibilities due to version, modification, and template use on various sites.

Usual customization to configure to reflect company and products. DB imported from oscommerce site. Shipping modules cloned.

From first banner upload, presumed "normal" from install.

There are currently two links on every page but the main page as the breadcrumbs are set to be off on the main page. Every other has a Home link both above and below the banner.:dontgetit

What is your URL?

I am aware there are links to the home page, however customers and reviewers (non Zen familiar) have commented that they are used to being able to get back to a site's homepage by clicking the header banner.

Ah ... you have replaced the logo that is linked to the home page with a background image ... Have a look at the stock tpl_header.php and put the link back with a transparent gif for the image

Thanks for your reply, but could you explain a little more simply? I'm still new to this..
