SQL to unsubscribe all customers?

As per this thread I have just made the fix for all my customers being subscribed even though the newsletter is disabled at registration lol

I now have over 200 customers all showing as subscribed and I would like to unsubscribe them in one easy step...can anyone help me out with the SQL I need for that please?

Assuming you're using only Zen Cart original code, and no addons related to newsletters, this will unsubscribe EVERYONE from your Zen Cart-managed newsletters. ```
UPDATE customers set customers_newsletter = 0;
