Order Number not showing on last checkout screen
Not sure if this is a setting somewhere I've missed or if there;s something wrong with the shop.
I went through my shop exactly as a customer would and made a purchase using paypal.
On the last screen that is shown after the payment has been made, the confirmation screen, there is a bit that says order number but no order number is shown next to it. All it says is Your Order Number is:
Also on the email that I received as the shop owner from paypal confirming the transaction, there is a part which shows Item Number Store Receipt. Should this not show me the items that the customer actually purchased?
If anyone can shed some light on this I'd appreciate the help.
