How do I remove old links from my Admin > Configuration menu?

Hi

I have a few links in my Configuration menu in Admin that I want rid of, as I don't use those mods any more.

These are mods that I have removed all the files, and I 'think' have removed all traces from the database from myPhpAdmin. But as there are still links in my configuration menu, I have obviously missed something.

So, where can I find whatever creates these links, so I can find the bits I need to remove?

Thanks

Paul

Re: How do I remove old links from my Admin > Configuration menu?

That depends on where the links are. If they are in the Configuration dropdown, then you haven't removed the module info from the configuration and configuration_groups tables in the database. If they are in any of the other menu dropdowns, you haven't removed the files from admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes (and there will also be some associated language definition files to remove as well).

Thanks bunyip

They are in the Configuration dropdown, so I will have a look at the database again.
