please help, site seems to have gone

Please can someone help, I viewd my site from home on firefox, no problems, I wanted to make some changes so I installed filezilla on my laptop at home, connected all files cam through and I accessed files no problem, the only one I looked at was the flexible attributes stylesheet. I made one small change and went to view the site, now I have nothing. I removed the alteration and still have nothing. I have now logged onto computer at work remotely, gone through filezilla on that too and still no site.

please help :unsure::unsure:

What version of Zencart?

If it's 1.3.9, check the error messages in your /cache folder.

Re: please help, site seems to have gone

You can get to it either in the CPanel file manager, or your FTP program.

If your version (which you can see at the top of the admin page) is 1.3.8 or less, you'll need to install and run this: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=860

then check the /cache folder.

Re: please help, site seems to have gone

I have followed the instructions for the de bug error logging utility. I have the report from the /cache file, but its a bit beyond me. This all happened after I installed filezilla on another computer to make some changes and when I uploaded, lost everything.

I'm really really stuck, Can anyone help??? thank you

In your other thread with the same issue, DrByte said:

"Sounds like you're missing files in your /includes/auto_loaders/ folder."

Check that folder's files against the Zencart zip file.

Re: please help, site seems to have gone

a very big thank you to all who helped us, we have managed to restore our site. It was the auto loaders folder in includes that was missing, thankfully we had done a very recent back up.

Once again THANK YOU :clap::clap::clap::clap:
