Downloadable product works in Opera but Not in Firefox

What is going on?

I have a cart with downloadable pdf products.

When i click the link in opera the pdf opens and the file is found in the pub folder.

In FF the browser redirects to shop.com?time_out?zenid=9ad07dfd7a295a3cd4776b2c646dc743

anyone know why this is the case?
