Adding another graphic in top banner

Hi
I would like to ad another small separate graphic to the right of my head/logo banner. please see attached grab.
There's loads of room, i just cant figure out how to access that area.

It's hard to be sure from a screenshot, but you could probably add a background-image to #logoWrapper and position it as desired.
