Spanish - MISSING LANGUAGE FILES OR DIRECTORIES

Guys I am new here and I just FTP all the Spanish files including the admin files and the front end is working just fine. But the admin is giving me an error "MISSING LANGUAGE FILES OR DIRECTORIES ... "
I have installed the files in the admin folder.
Here is two screen shots.

Any help would be great...:cry:

Have you ever re-named your admin folder to some other name?

If so, did you remember to RE-NAME the admin folder in the Spanish Language set to the same name you are using?

For FTP... Folder names must match.

No, I did not rename the admin folder and I did FTP the Spanish folder as they were.
