free product download

Normally the download links show after paypal checkout. This is my first free product. The link doesn't show after 'checkout'.
He is in the account, but the customer doesn't notice this at first. If I warn him about this, the page changes for paid products also.
What should I do?

What is the Order Status on The Zen Cart FREE CHARGE CARD freecharger payment module?

It should be set to Processing (orders_status 2) or Delivered (orders_status 3) based on which is most appropriate for your site ...
