Catagory change

Hi all,

Didn't really know how to put this into the title :huh:

Basically on my website (https://www.purplepenguinbeads.co.uk) in the category column to the left, after some of category names there is "->" how do I get rid of this?

Admin>Configuration>Layout Setting>Categories Separator

You can change all the category separators here.
