Hosting Account Suspended??

Help! I am totally new to this and this morning when I tried to log in it said my account was suspended and nothing else. My whole shop is down too and has the same message! What??? Help? What happened? How do I fix it? I would really appreciate some help! I am so stressed and confused!

I am assuming that you are referring to your hosting account. You will need to get in touch with your hosting company and try to clarify what causes these messages.
