Search bar in header

hi i would like to put my search bar under the links in the header what css property would i need to make this work?

Hi thanks for your reply. That works but when a customer logs in it moves over to the left. I'm not sure if I deleted the wrong html tags or not.

The above php file was the one that I modified because I was thinking that I had deleted the wrong HTML tags i deleted it and reapplied the default tpl_header.php file. How do i get the links and the search bar in the right hand side.
