Error 1226: has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource ?? Must log out and wait.

Anyone know what this means?

1226 User 'powpcscom_app' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 75000)
in:
[select * from zen_project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Please help, as I get this and must close my browser for 5-10 minutes before I can log back in. I have been using a lot of attributes to build a PC configurer and it seems to have started after I added the first hundred options.
