How to change font of PayPal text at Checkout?

How do I change the font size & style of:
"Checkout with PayPal. The safer, easier way to pay."
on the payment page?

I know the text is in:
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/MY_TEMPLATE/paypalwpp.php
but what controls the font size & style?

Developer's Toolkit indicates

It definitely exists. Are you sure you opened the right file when you checked?

No - there is not.

Weird; I used a different code editor and was finally able to locate line 236 to change the font size - but how do I change the font style?

You may want to get Firefox (if you don't use it already) and then get the Firebug add-on. With this little gadget you can analyze your stylesheet and find the relevant piece of code that governs the font size / bolding of the words.
