Invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Hi guys,

Working our way through the upgrade process now but when we enable our template (RI_Template_07 ) we get the following message ...

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

This is template specific as the classic green template is working fine. I know the obvious answer to this is ask the template author but they have withdrawn support for it well before 1.3.9 came out. Just wondering what might normally throw up this kind of error.

As far as I know, Zen Cart has only ever used gzip compression. I can't see that causing a problem.

I know that the error text you quoted comes from Firefox. Try clearing your cache (ctrl+shift+delete) then reloading the page.
