Website not showing any template colours or design

Hi i am only a newbie to Zencart and i dont know any programming i have just opened a business and need some help...

I have installed zencart onto my website https://www.acecomputers.com.au/catalog but as you can see if opening the page it is white and without any borders or any layout of anykind, i have tried to install different templates but still the same result. Even when first installed without any modifications just a fresh install of zencart that is how it looks.

Any ideas on what is wrong would be really helpful and as i said i am very new lol.

Check the permissions on some of your files, particularly your stylesheets: includes/templates/cold_steel/css/stylesheet_betterCategoriesEzInfo.css, includes/templates/cold_steel/css/stylesheet_css_buttons.css and includes/templates/cold_steel/css/stylesheet_dotline.css

Also, some of your images are missing: includes/templates/cold_steel/images/logo.gif, includes/templates/cold_steel/images/bc_cat_boxes.gif and
images/banners/125x125_zen_logo.gif

Are you certain you uploaded all the folders/files to the correct locations?

I have checked the file permissions and they are 644 that is what i downloaded them, should i change them to something else. i am using fillzilla to access the files.

I have checked the number of files in the folders and they are all matching the original download. I have tried about 5 different templates now and all look the same the columns are a little different but all look the same.

I have even tried completely uninstalling zencart and reinstalling it but still the same errors

Just had a thought. Check the contents of admin/includes/configure.php and includes/configure.php. Make certain they point to https://www.acecomputers.com.au/catalog and not just https://www.acecomputers.com.au

Also, I mentioned the permissions because when I tried to see the contents of the stylesheets, they showed 403 errors instead of the stylesheet contents, so check those as well.

Hi i have changed anywhere in the configure files that had acecomputers.com.au to acecomputers.com.au/catalog except where it referenced the database and server login.

when uploading the template files there were folders template module and language i have made them all 755 and the files inside for cold steel. should i put them to 777 or leave them at 755?

I dont even know what cold steel looks like i am just trying to get anything up and viewed correctly before i start to edit the site.

Sounds like that could very likely be the issue.

Thanks for the website link i have sent an email through to the level 2 tech at my server host and just waiting for reply. will let you know how it goes.

Thanks for the help the lvl 2 techs at my server host fixed the problem, They had to erase the whole installation and for some reason on their end it worked when they reinstalled it.
