Help customer cannot create account!

Hi,

Someone hacked into my system before and changed the admin username and password before. What must I do to protect my system?

5.2.9 (Zend: 2.2.0)
Zen Cart 1.3.0.2
Database Patch Level: 1.3.0.2

Yesterday my cart was still working. Today my customers cannot create account, it always say "Error You must select a country from the Countries pull down menu." even though a country has been selected.

How do I resolve this?

Can't help you on solving the create account problem but make sure you have followed this guide: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/Recovering_From_Hacks

And as far as protecting your site goes, upgrading to 1.3.9d will solve many security issues.
