Reviews on Site cant be enabled

Hi,

I'm having a problem with Zencart 1.3.8. A customer posted a review on an item, but when I go to approve it by clicking on status it wont enable and just stays red. Also, when i click on detail it shows the page but everything all the fields are empty. The images seem broken they're pointing toward /includes/templates/template_default/images/

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am having the same problem. When I go to the approval screen there is a message "review HTML is not translatable:.

What does that mean?

Why isn't this information available in a manual?

Hi Peggy,

I still havent found a fix for this.. however I did notice that in the zen_reviews and zen_reviews_description that there is no record description record for that locked review. Do you have the ability to look at your description table and see if there is a matching description to the record in the reviews table? This way if its the same situation we have something to go off of.
