there are always a |_ display before sub-category title.

Problems with my subcategory layout.
I have bought a template whiles ago.
and I found that there are always a |_ display before the sub-category's title.
But there are no problems with main category

to illustrate my problem more clearly I will show a lay out here

Does anyone know where I can correct this problem.

Just edit the settings in the Configuration ... Layout Settings ...

Categories Separator between the Category Name and Sub Categories
What separator do you want between the Category name and Sub Category Name?
Default = |_

There are numerous other settings in there that you may wish to review ...
