Changed Default Currecnt but Still Displaying $ Symbol?

I'm a total noob to Zen Cart and followed some instructions for changing currency.

I have changed it from USd to GBP via the localization > currencies menu.

But on the storefront it still displays all my prices in dollars.

How do I get it to display the prices in GBP?
