Infinite Product Quantity

I would like to set the Product Quantity to infinite but when I read this tutorial https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=37 . I didn't found any information of how to set the Product Quantity to infinite so is that impossible? Thnaks indeed.

set the product quantity to some impossibly high amount ( i.e. 9999999 )

That way you'll know you'll never run out.

I did but then it pop's out like this: " 1d-64 " or something similar.

That was just an example. set it to something very high (something you know you will never sell. (9999 maybe)

I just turn of quantity display, the option to reduce quantity, and the option to check quantity in admin. Then you can buy infinite =)
