How do I edit the description of a new product page?

Help!! I try everything and I can't find the option to change it!!

On my website on the left there is a Category list. Let's say I choose the Bracelet category. When I get there, on the top is the Title of the page and the picture I included and a short description of the page. How do I edit this?

I can't edit the top part? I went under Catalog and then Catergories/Products all I see is the Category Folders (I can edit that but can't change the first part?) Thank you!

ps. if you have time, can you also tell me how to delete the New for July box thing on the page.

Question 1: press the E button on the right hand side of the page. (on admin->catalog->categories/products)

Question 2: I assume you're talking about a centerbox on the home page or category page. Go to admin->Configuration->index listing and change the settings to your tastes.
