Quantity Discount Add on, any help?

V 1.3.9d, Installed Quantity Discounts and ....

it does not work. It works correctly up to the first level of discount, but then when I add a second level, it immediately adds that second discount to the subtotal even tho the level for that discount has not been reached.

Great mod, but he's (thatsoftwareguy) set up for business, and it seems he has created a mod which only half works... must be getting good business from people asking for help to configure correctly. Anybody know how to make it work with the second thru 5th level of discount?
