Authorize.net Error 14

Trying hard to believe that you're not really second-guessing everything I suggest. It's getting more and more difficult.

Yes, the FAIL on HashMatchStatus is a direct result of the hash calculations not matching on both ends.

Re: Authorize.net Error 14

I had the same issue as many othersand found a fix to my problem. I went Authorize.net Accounts/Settings/ in the Response/Receipt URLs was an extra line with an additional url.

  1. Checked the settings for:

(Click Edit to define a default URL value.) Default Receipt URL Edit

(Click Edit to define a default URL value.) Default Relay Response URL Edit

One other url appeared below these two choices. I deleted that url
and it got rid of the Error 14.

However, now I still have the original problem:
An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved.

It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.
