Alter tell a friend form

Hi,

We have a form here:

http://www.melis salo.com/0-NEWS TORE/index.php?main_page=tell_a_friend&products_id=94 (without the spaces)

which needs to be adjusted. Would it be best to create it in a table and position the whole thing in css? Currently each element is moved manually and looks completely different on all kinds of browsers :-(
